Business Development Representative

As our Business Development Representative, you will have the important job of setting the first impression with our prospects. You will use research and data to identify and expand buying teams, and generate qualified opportunities in partnership with Sales Directors and our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, people oriented, resourceful, and professional. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated success applying these skills to develop relationships. You have the confidence and business acumen to create and lead multiple consultative narratives within the sales process that result in signed contracts.


  • Utilize modern sales tools and tactics (inbound methodology, social selling, sequences/cadences, research, etc) to develop your book of business
  • Qualify leads and work closely with Sales Directors to secure meetings and generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule a set number of qualified appointments per week
  • Develop and maintain accurate prospect records in our CRM
  • Track, manage, and report on your lead and opportunity pipelines


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years relevant experience prospecting in the healthcare industry, preferably health systems and hospitals. Tech startup experience a bonus!
  • Displays a sense of urgency, prioritization, organization, strong attention to detail and excels in a collaborative work environment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Salesforce and/or HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
