    Office Administrator

    We work with leading healthcare institutions across the U.S. to ensure that patients can focus on their health, versus their financial situation. We have a global team with headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel and New York City.

    We are looking for an office admin to join our fast going company and NY team.

    This person will be responsible for the operations and administration side of a fast growing start up in the digital healthcare industry. They will ensure that the office is running smoothly by supervising office, employee, and management needs.


    • Help with on boarding new employees
    • Ad hoc local HR tasks as required
    • Order supplies for the office
    • Responsible for the maintenance of the office
    • Participate as needed in special department projects
    • Handle welfare needs such as happy hours, holiday gifts, and outdoor activities
    • Support customer success  and sales activity as needed
