Product UI/UX Designer


TailorMed is a well-funded startup that has an innovative and first-class product in the world of Health Care. The company was founded to help patients tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. We developed a unique and sophisticated platform that automatically identifies alternative funding opportunities that help patients afford their care and increase hospital revenues. 

Currently we are at this exciting and challenging stage where we’re quickly growing from a few dozen customers to thousands and hopefully tens of thousands. For 2021 we will focus on scale, solving interesting technological challenges as well as developing new SAAS products and services.

We are looking for a talented and passionate product designer to join our Product team as the sole owner of the product’s UI/UX aspects. As a designer at TailorMed you will be a key player in shaping our solutions, by leading the design process from vision to pixel-perfect screens, through close collaboration with the Product and Dev teams



  • Design through the product development lifecycle, working closely with the product and R&D teams
  • Break down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutions.
  • Integrate feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Be data driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the experience.
  • Present and explain your decisions to peers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate product design discussions (inbound and outbound).


  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience designing large-scale products, in a B2B / B2B2C environment.
  • Solid UX thinking and visual design skills.
  • An analytical and visual mind, with a hunger for learning and a desire to solve complex human problems with technology.
  • Independent, highly collaborative, strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of prototype tools: Sketch/Adobe XD/Figma.
  • Design portfolio to accompany resume.
