    Senior Customer Success Manager

The Senior Customer Success Manager needs to carefully listen to our customers, help them work through issues, promote new solutions and workflows to maximize their usage of our offering, and help them be successful.

    The Senior Customer Success Manager will be familiar with all new TailorMed product releases relevant to their business. They will listen carefully to feedback to help the Product and R&D teams innovate new features and improvements. A TailorMed Senior Customer Success Manager serves as a healthcare advocate for our customers and will work across cross-functional teams to create a world-class client experience to ensure that they receive maximum value from our solution.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for customers and maintain long-term relationships 
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within accounts 
    • Track contractual commitments and ensure a healthy renewal base 
    • Handle marquee customers with multiple stakeholders 
    • Work with analytics and data experts to increase adoption and retention 
    • Handle and communicate new feature releases and ensure their adoption 
    • Anticipate customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services 
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors 
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 
    • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
    • Forecast and track key account metrics 

    Requirements

    • Prior start-up or corporate experience 
    • Independent self-managing 
    • Strong technical and product acumen 
    • Ability to travel within the US and abroad (the position will include travel) 

    The Senior Customer Success Manager position is a full-time salaried position.
