The Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for the quality, health, growth and profitability of the company’s relationships with its clients by ensuring that our solutions are delivered in alignment with that client’s objectives and key strategies
In this role you will be front and center in ensuring value realization for TailorMed clients and prospects. Fostering client loyalty, stimulating growth, and increasing profitability, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to build relationships resulting in long-term partnerships.
