For that we are looking for Implementation Specialist to join our journey.

 

We’re looking for someone energetic, hands-on, and comfortable talking with technical stakeholders to manage data and implementation processes for our customers. The Implementation Specialist leads the data onboarding process with our customers and their technical analysts, manages the data ingestion processes and error handling in the system, and ultimately is responsible for delivering the final product to our onboarding customers. 

The individual taking this role must be an excellent problem solver and a pro at prioritizing and handling conflicting tasks within a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable on customer calls and be eager to develop as a subject matter expert in the TailorMed application and healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to extract all relevant data points from their IT systems together with their technical analysts
  • Leverage Excel, SQL, Athena, and other tools to analyze large data sets and provide insights into the customer environment and needs
  • Review customer‘s environment health conditions and diligently correct errors until reaching the appropriate quality level
  • Become an expert in the TailorMed platform in order to decide what combination of features and functionality will maximize value to our users
  • Identify challenges and propose process and technical solutions/tools to help improve the product and methodologies

 

Requirements

  • Organized, results driven.
  • Detailed oriented with a strive for high quality outcomes
  • Meticulous and willing to invest time and effort in high quality outcomes.  
  • Comfortable with SQL, Excel, AI tools & Google suites
  • Excellent communicator of technical issues and concerns to a non-technical audience. 
  •  Fluent in English
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a technological / healthcare organization

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with customer and data onboarding. 
  • Experience working with healthcare providers.
