Vice President of Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced VP of Sales to join our team. As the Vice President of Sales, you will lead TailorMed’s sales team and drive revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Expanding into new customer segments.
  • Maintaining a solid deal flow from origination to closing.
  • Creating a process-driven and accountable culture.
  • Building a cohesive business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas on a multi-year level.
  • Making future strategic plans that aim to boost new and existing revenue streams.
  • Lead Provider sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage the Providers sales vertical and own the sales cycle from prospecting new clients to securing deals
  • Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting
  • Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with top clients to understand their needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth with startup experience 
  • Proactive and naturally curious, with a bias for action and a desire to creatively problem solve
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage complex situations
  • Broad end-to-end healthcare knowledge within the pharmacy and IDN preferred
  • Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • Possess process and change management skills
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B healthcare sales such as healthcare IT, pharmacy solutions, revenue cycle, EMRs, etc 
  • Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent virtual and in-person presentation skills
  • Proven track record in meeting and surpassing targets
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder’s deals with large enterprises
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

*East Coast candidates preferred

*Travel required to client and prospect locations
