We are seeking a Director of Product Management for Consumer to join our journey. As the Director of Product Management for Consumer Products at TailorMed, you'll lead TailorMed’s B2B2C product offerings for patients, helping patients overcome barriers to care.

Leveraging your expertise in consumer products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our patient facing products, guiding the roadmap, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions for patients that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

You will leverage your management skills to lead a multidisciplinary squad within a matrix management framework, to drive fast yet high-quality delivery and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the B2B2C user experience of TailorMed’s offerings. Define customer needs and product requirements with corresponding business justification - focus on creating the optimal user journey and user experience that will optimize product’s adoption and successful journey for patients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of new and existing users' needs, make data-driven decisions about direction to grow the consumer user base.
  • Drive the product execution and roadmap inbound and outbound, aligning with internal stakeholders, business lines and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the product development scope, timeline, and functional progress for the patient facing product/area within the company.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, product marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high quality products and in a quick turn around time.
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding business justification.
  • Lead product design and UX processes and decisions for the products you own.
  • Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders


Requirements

  • 6+ years of software product management experience with a focus on experience in managing B2C / B2B2C products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part (E.g. within healthcare, fintech, eCommerce, travel, etc).
  • Computer Science, Engineering, or Management degree.
  • Experience translating high level business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
  • Proven experience in inbound product management developing and growing consumer applications. customer-facing positions - focusing on creating a user journey, defining KPIs, and monitoring.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in outbound product management including market research, go to market plan, and facilitating client discussion pre and post sale.
  • High sensitivity to design and user-experience.
  • High communication and collaboration skills with proven experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complexities and create and communicate clear courses of action.
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
  • Proven track record starting new initiatives and leading them to success
  • Experience working in on digital health products in the US market - an advantage
