About the Role:

As the HR & Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our U.S. team. This is more than just a hiring role — it's a strategic opportunity to influence culture, build high-performing teams, and champion initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational growth. As part of a global HR team, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to design and implement talent strategies that support our mission and values, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience.


This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working out of our NYC office (Union Square) two to three days each week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support for the US, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers 
  • Act as a valuable cultural ambassador to a global organization and a global HR team
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization
  • Drive TailorMed’s end-to-end recruitment process across a multitude of functions in the company
  • Implement and utilize effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract candidates and promote TailorMed’s employer brand
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with relevant stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Engage and educate managers to implement best recruitment practices 
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, documentation, and training
  • Be the first line of response for employee questions relating to HR policies, communications, and initiatives, answer routine benefits questions
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience with a SaaS/tech company; at least 3 years of experience with a digital health or health tech company is required
  • 3+ years of proven HR generalist experience
  • Ability to work from our NYC office 2-3 days each week 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and US employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
  • Outstanding customer focus to create an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience, ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and experience of delivering high quality service in a fast paced environment
  • Highly responsive, customer service-minded professional who works well in a global team environment
