TailorMed is a well-funded startup that has an innovative and first-class product in the world of Health Care. The company was founded to help patients tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. We developed a unique and sophisticated platform that automatically identifies alternative funding opportunities that help patients afford their care, and increase hospital revenues.

We are seeking a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper to join our team.

 

The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations through planning and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company’s extensive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities related to the account payable function, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors
  • Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign) and multiple corporate credit cards, including weekly reconciliation and monthly controls.
  • Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
  • Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
  • Travel reports and employee reimbursements management
  • Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed
  • Report to all Israeli tax authorities
  • Support in End-of-Month closing and Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1+2)
  • At least  3years experience of bookkeeping (tech company – big advantage)
  • Strong English skills- both in writing and verbal
  • Experience with ERP (NetSuite – big advantage)
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • Service-oriented, friendly, and a team player
  • Ability to work Full-time position
  • Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
