We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • You will be the one making sure our customer-facing databases are always up-to-date by monitoring changes in external data and updating our databases based on your findings
  • Identify and solve issues that arise in our system as well as define strategic & automatic solutions for those issues
  • Identify and analyze new data sources and information
  • Collaborate with cross-company teams from sales to R&D to improve effectiveness across all platforms and achieve outcomes based on company and business goals.
  • Onboard into the world of medical treatments, health, insurances, health funds and assistance programs

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a data-driven environment.
  • An eye for detail and a love for data.
  • Fluent/Native English!
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills skills
  • Good technical understanding and abilities using tools such as SQL, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and web research.
  • A high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a high volume caseload environment and deal effectively with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm, out-of-the-box thinking, and a team-player.
  • Knowledge of HTML- advantage!
  • Experience working at a healthcare/digital healthcare company – advantage
