The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a small but growing team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success to ensure our marketing strategy aligns with business objectives. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is excited to shape the future of digital marketing at a high-growth healthcare SaaS company.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of three days a week to be spent in our NYC office (Union Square).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a future-friendly digital marketing strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing plan that spans SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee demand generation: Build and optimize lead-generation funnels across all digital channels, ensuring we hit key KPIs around MQLs, SQLs, and conversions.
  • Manage website and content strategy: Ensure the company’s website is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion, while developing content strategies that speak directly to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Leverage analytics: Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing detailed reports on KPIs and using insights to adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to support business development efforts, product launches, and client engagement.
  • Manage and grow digital marketing team: Lead, mentor, and expand the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, performance, and accountability.
  • Oversee marketing technology stack: Evaluate and manage digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to ensure they support business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously monitor the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare technology, and apply them to our marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing and analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and stories tailored to healthcare audiences.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology with an understanding of the unique challenges in the healthcare industry.
