We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to join our journey!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and finance-related policies and procedures
  • Prepare memorandums and documentation of company’s processes and policies
  • Assist in design and documentation of internal controls
  • Support billing related processes and integration with financial systems
  • Have full responsibility on all types of insurance policies and coverage
  • Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement close and reporting processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the business financial performance with respect to SaaS KPI’s, revenues, cash management, trends, cost and budget compliance
  • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax fillings globally
  • Interface within the finance team, external audit team, subsidiaries and other
  • Ad hoc accounting and finance related projects as needed

Requirements

  • CPA with min 7 years of experience post-internship in the high-tech company – a must
  • Internship in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms – a must
  • Proven experience in SEC/ US GAAP (PCAOB) audit or reporting work
  • Experience with NetSuite – an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • High level of integrity, precision and accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and make an impact
  • Good interpersonal relations, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details and multi-tasking
