As a Director of Product at TailorMed , you must  have a  deep understanding of customers and act on those insights. You should have a deep technical understanding, excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, the ability to define a visionary product, to lead a team and work in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing, field teams and customer facing groups to bring new and significant capabilities to the market, and gather feedback for product use and new capabilities.
  • Plan, prioritise and define features to realize the strategic initiatives of the company
  • Influence both external customers and internal product & RnD teams through written, interpersonal, and presentation skills along with the ability to handle multiple product agendas concurrently. 
  • Drive results in cross-group/team projects.
  • Grow and hire the best. Build out the team, and coach product management best practices
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and customer-facing experimentation
  • Inspire other teams, involve them in the customer development process and allow them to surface ideas
  • Become an expert about our users, their goals, challenges, workflows and other tools they are using

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management of Software products
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading product management teams
  • Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively while setting the right priorities.
  • Proven record of defining and delivering enterprise-class products and solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Experience in communicating with customers and partners.
  • Strong technological background
  • Proven track record starting new initiatives and leading them to success
  • Previous background from at least 3 companies- Digital Healthcare an advantage
  • Fast Growing startup experience – big plus!
