TailorMed is a well-funded startup that has an innovative and first-class product in the world of Health Care. The company was founded to help patients tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. We developed a unique and sophisticated platform that automatically identifies alternative funding opportunities that help patients afford their care, and increase hospital revenues.

 

Currently we are at this exciting and challenging stage where we’re quickly growing from a few dozen customers to thousands and hopefully tens of thousands. For 2021 we will focus on scale, solving interesting technological challenges as well as developing new SAAS products and services.

 

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Director of QA to join our RnD team.

Responsibilities

A day to day as a Director of QA at TailorMed you will

●     Own Tailormed products data quality.

●     Develop effective testing strategies and test plans

●     Lead a team of manual and automatic QA engineers

●     Lead the design and implementation of automated tests based on deep understanding of our complex system

●     Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

●     Onboard into the world of medical treatments, health insurances, health funds and donation programs and help in

building a system that will remove a barrier between the patient and the best medical treatment they should receive.

Requirements

●     BSc in Computer Science or equivalent

●     At least 5 years experience testing complex backend projects

●     Experience testing web applications. Including Performance testing

●     At least 3 years experience building testing automation infrastructures

●     At least 5 years experience managing QA teams

●     Experience in matrix management – an advantage

●     Experience in creating STP, STD, STR for complicated features

●     Experience with large scale multi user SAAS platforms

●     Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills

●     Excellent communication skills, ability to organise cooperation between various technical teams

●     Strong sense of ownership over product quality.

●     Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments, using Scrum ceremonies
