TailorMed is a fast-growing, venture-funded startup on a mission to help patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. TailorMed’s platform helps healthcare organizations proactively identify patients at risk of not affording treatment, and enroll them in matching funding opportunities. This reduces the financial burden on patients and healthcare organizations while improving access to care.

The marketing manager will impact the company’s mission and growth by creating digital marketing campaigns that generate demand. The individual will report to the Head of Marketing who encourages professional growth and a positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow as a digital marketer, and make a difference in making healthcare affordable for all. Short-term responsibilities will also include pitching in on non-digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing across channels including paid search and social, content syndication, and email marketing to drive qualified sales opportunities 
  • Manage the company website and search engine optimization
  • Measure and optimize campaigns, utilizing Google Analytics, Demand Side Platforms, marketing automation solution, and Salesforce CRM to optimize lead generation and report on KPIs
  • Implement an organic social media plan to build engagement with our target market
  • Collaborate with SDRs to drive pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
  • Coordinate with third party vendors to build out digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital initiatives to support and grow customer engagement
  • Assist in content creation for e-books, blog posts, infographics, collateral
  • Temporarily assist in event marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Core Competencies: Demand generation, digital marketing, project management, vendor management, marketing automation, marketing analytics, email marketing, PPC, SEO, social media marketing, webinars, event marketing and writing/presentation/communication skills 
  • Other Marketing Platform Proficiencies: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, MozPro, Yoast SEO, SEMRush, Hootsuite, Webinar platforms

Location: Remote near term; New York City or Northern Virginia location preferred
