TailorMed is a fast-growing, venture-funded startup on a mission to help patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. TailorMed’s platform helps healthcare organizations proactively identify patients at risk of not affording treatment, and enroll them in matching funding opportunities. This reduces the financial burden on patients and healthcare organizations while improving access to care.

As an HR/ Talent Acquisition you will support day-to-day HR projects and execute HR activities while working closely with other members of the HR team, employees and other stakeholders in the company.

You will take full ownership of our US Talent Acquisition processes. You will impact, influence and support a hyper-growth team that is scaling globally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support for the US, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Act as a valuable cultural ambassador.
  • Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees in the US.
  • Be the first line of response for employee questions relating to HR policies, communications, and initiatives, answer routine benefits questions.
  • Drive TailorMed’s end-to-end recruitment process across a multitude of functions in the company.
  • Implement and utilize effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract candidates and promote TailorMed’s employer brand.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with relevant stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Engage and educate managers to implement best recruitment practices.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a HR / Talent Acquisition role, including proven experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven experience in Sourcing and in-depth behavioural interviews.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
  • Outstanding customer focus to create stakeholder and candidate experience, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and experience of delivering high quality service in a fast paced environment
  • Highly responsive, “customer service” minded professional who works well in a team environment
