We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts. This role will be hands-on and responsible for driving marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring our brand message is clear, engaging, and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various marketing projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness
  • Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging
  • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create valuable, targeted content
  • Support the execution of company events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing collateral, and event follow-up to maximize impact
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to help organize our presence at events
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing generalist role, with hands-on experience in website management, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Experience with SEO and website optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices
  • Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a self-starter mindset
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel as needed (~25%)
