Senior Customer Success Manager

TailorMed’s platform automatically identifies alternative funding opportunities that help patients afford their care, and therefore, increase hospitals’ revenue. 


At TailorMed we are obsessed about our customers. We care for them, want them to be happy and gain their long term trust through constant communication. The Customer Success Manager needs to carefully listen to our customers, help them work through their issues and promote new solutions and workflows to maximize their usage of our offering and help them be more successful. The Customer Success Manager must be familiar with all new product releases relevant to their business. Listen to their feedback to help the Product and R&D teams innovate new features and improvements.

A TailorMed Customer Success Manager serves as a healthcare advocate for our customers and will work across cross-functional teams to create a world-class client experience to ensure that they receive maximum value from our solution.


  • Serve as the Customers lead point of contact and maintain long-term relationships
  • Work with analytics and data experts to increase adoption and retention 
  • Handle and communicate new feature releases and ensure their adoption
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics 
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within accounts


  • Experienced in the Healthcare IT industry preferred 
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Motivated, self starter with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail


Expectations of our CSM include:

  • Prior start-up or corporate experience
  • Acts as a customer advocate while building trust and transparency 
  • Strong technical and product acumen
  • Ability to travel within the US and abroad

The Customer Success Manager position is a full-time salaried position.
