TailorMed is a well-funded startup that has an innovative and first-class product in the world of Health Care. The company was founded to help patients tackle the financial challenges of care delivery. We developed a unique and sophisticated platform that predicts patients out of pocket cost of the treatment, and automatically identifies assistant programs opportunities that help patients afford their care.

Currently we are at this exciting and challenging stage where we’re quickly growing from a few dozen customers to thousands and hopefully tens of thousands.


We’re looking for a talented and experienced Tier 3 to join our R&D team.


●     Ownership on technical issues that arise, as on-call. Work is shift based, while on US hours.

●     Monitor and Maintain Customers’ environments.

●     Acquire and document in-depth technical knowledge of the company products and services.

●     Assist in administrative IT-related tasks in US hours.


●     Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team and company environments.

●     Past experience in Customer Success or Support.

●     Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

●     Excellent communication and presentation skills.

●     Must be service-oriented.

●     Strong self-learning skills.

●     Ability to work independently.

●     Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
